When I arrived at Shell Box I found the design team without a leadership, with low maturity, without processes and minimal organization.
My first challenge was to understand the pain of the 5 designers who had their pipeline full of squad and mainly internal demands.I chose to start with the scale of this team and the increase in maturity, after 1 year this team has 16 designers, from DesignOps, Researchs, UX Writers and PDs.

During the year 2022, we started the design system of the application together with Meiuca, who has the greatest knowledge on the subject on the market. Prioritising design and development efficiency to get products into production faster and faster.
We deliver experiences to Brazil, Argentina and B2B with Shell Box Empresas.
