Design Lead
Project Overview
Create a portal of rupture, differentiated, interactive, commercial, simple and focused on conversion / acquisition;Transform the performance model, leaving an institutional portal for a business portal, commercial operation;Reduce the number of portal pages.
My Contributions
I led the design of Santander’s Brazil Website between December 2016 and November 2017 and collaborated with two other designers from my team and another designers from Work.co Agency, since the concept until development.
In addition, I’ve worked alongside a Researcher, Prototyper, Content Strategist and Product Managers.
Concept
People do not care if they are on their phone, tablet, laptop, desktop with large monitor or TV while doing the vast majority of tasks. We need to be sure that everyone has a perfect experience, whenever and wherever they want to live Santander's digital experience.
The Essence of Minimalist Charts
In information design, minimalist charts excel in delivering data with clarity and efficiency. Stripping away excess, they focus attention on essential details, proving that simplicity is the ultimate sophistication in an information-saturated digital age.
Less is more
The "more, the better" principle, with infinite information, does not work today. All this information takes pleasure from experience and confuses people.
Lean usability testing
Lean usability testing helps identify usability problems and create value for customers, using limited resources.
