Building a Fintech from Zero

Pi is a Santander's Fintech that started inside the bank, as a spin-off company, the objective was to supply the bank's need to have an investment brokerage with the concept of a marketplace, something never seen in Brazil and in the world.

The design team of this startup started only with me, I had to learn everything about ecommerce and marketplace the main concept of the platform, I considered as a new company and not just an internal Santander’s project, like the others I’ve worked with, I was able to exercise all my knowledge of years in practically every area since technology, business and obviously I doing lot of researchs, usability testing and ux envagelism.
