I managed the user experience and visual design team with 25 designers, with a total focus on business, helping to find product value for both the company and the user, I also work very closely with product management teams, in an agile environment for identify opportunities, generating ideas and launching digital products, like pix, credit card, digital customer service (Chatbot), investments, financial organizer, acting as DesignOps lead as well for the bank's design system. Everything in dual track framework
